Alesia N. Dowell, MSL serves as the Financial Secretary of Twenty Pearls Foundation, Inc. Alesia is the Textbook Coordinator at Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School (H-F). Prior to joining the H-F team of joyful servant leaders, Alesia served as Textbook Coordinator at Rich Central HS (Olympia Fields, IL) and Chief of Staff at Foundations College Prep High School (Chicago, IL).  Alesia has had more than 20 years working with adolescents via the schools. Alesia has also coached the winning RCHS Mock Trial team (9 years), MYAA Cheer (8 years), RCHS Pom-Drill-Dance team (2 years), and RCHS Flag Corps (2 years).
